The Boo Agency is a fast-growing independent agency working with some of the world’s biggest bands such as Xbox, Alpine and Minecraft. The agency was founded less that 24 months ago and in that time has created campaigns that have truly put it on the map and made Boo one to watch in London 2024. With this success comes growth and the company is looking to expand it’s studio and welcome another creative to the Boo Crew.
Job Role
Boo are on the hunt for an ambitious middleweight creative to join it’s growing team. We are looking for an all-rounder. Someone who is as comfortable conceptually running at a blank canvas and coming up with big ideas as they are building brands from the ground up, flexing their typographic, layout and technical skills.
The Boo studio is also responsible for producing social-first digital assets for big clients with meticulous detail and accuracy so we need someone who can be a brand guardian when required but also knows when and how to break those rules when given the licence to push. The agency is still growing which means people wear many hats so we are looking for someone with the desire to learn, the passion to push boundaries and the positive energy to keep a tight-knit studio at it’s best. This is the opportunity to join something special at a very early stage in it’s development. A unique chance to really help shape something new and exciting.
You’ll need to possess a solid set of Adobe CC already and we want to see a portfolio that’s bursting at the seams with exciting, bold creative ideas and designs that get us excited to work with you!

· Have a flare for design and aren’t afraid to go to bold and adventurous places with it.
· Think big. When we present ideas to clients we always try to put forward ideas that get everyone excited. At Boo you will be able to flex those creative muscles and really push your ideas with freedom and support.
· Support and mentor junior members of the creative team.
· Bonus skills: After Effects – every agency says this but motion is such a big part of everything we do and having the skills to get your designs moving will definitely earn you brownie points with us.
